Aliesh Pierce @ask_aliesh is a published textbook author, licensed esthetician, certified laser technician, educator, and product developer with a career spanning four decades. With a background as a former celebrity makeup artist, Aliesh transitioned into esthetics over 20 years ago, where she served as the director of education for DMK Skin Revision, Veria Naturals, and The Integrative Esthetician Certificate Program. She also created curriculum for Hydrafacial Connect, Modvellum, and LearnSkin. Her collaboration with Milady-Cengage produced the textbook, Treating Diverse Pigmentation, along with several chapter updates in other textbooks that were in need of a more inclusive point of view. She is the founder of AskAliesh Skin Care Studio in Chestnut Hill, PA. She is also the founder of Aliesh Skincare, a niche skincare line combining Ayurvedic botanicals with clinically active ingredients. Through her charitable organization Skin Equity International, Aliesh offers skin care events to the community.
