Working closely with Ms. Rose and Tariq has given me the opportunity to see a side of their leadership that not everyone gets to see. Beyond their dedication to their businesses, what I appreciate most is how much they genuinely care about their people. They challenge us to do better, trust us with responsibilities, and give us opportunities to learn and grow. I've personally learned so much from both of them, especially the importance of accountability, consistency, and taking pride in what we do. Seeing Tribe Tea Lounge receive this recognition makes me genuinely happy because I know how much effort and heart they put into everything they build. I'm grateful not just to work with them, but to learn from them along the way. Congratulations, Ms. Rose, Tariq, and the entire Tribe Tea Lounge team! Truly well deserved! ❤️👏
