I’m in a position that I can’t quit in. That’s requiring me to grow up and to show up in ways that can be uncomfortable but I’m willing. I’m forcing myself out of my cocoon. I’m not hiding behind closed doors anymore and that’s scary as hell.

All and all, I’m grateful. I’m alive and I have the chance to do better again, again and again.

This is everyone’s reminder to pause, love on yourself, take your breaks as needed and get right back to it. But BETTER! 🦋
