Step 1: Prepare the vegetables 🫑

First, heat a pan and add one spoon of butter. Once it melts, add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.

Step 2: Add paneer and veggies 🥕

Now add chopped paneer and your favourite vegetables, such as capsicum, carrots, and onions. Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly cooked but still crunchy.

Step 3: Season the vegetables 🌶️

Add one spoon of salt, chilli flakes, and oregano. Mix everything well, cook for another minute, and keep the vegetables aside.

Step 4: Prepare the spicy sauce 🍅

In another pan, add one spoon of butter. Once it melts, add chilli flakes and one spoon of soy sauce. Give it a quick mix.

Step 5: Add sauces and spices 🔥

Now add red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, oregano, and a little salt. Mix everything well and let the sauce cook for a minute or two.

Step 6: Add fresh coriander 🌿

Add freshly chopped coriander leaves to the sauce and mix well. Our spicy, tangy, flavour-packed sauce is ready!

Step 7: Add the boiled macaroni 🍝

Now add the boiled and drained macaroni to the sauce. Mix thoroughly so every piece gets coated with that delicious flavour. Let it cook for a minute.

Step 8: Mix in the vegetables and paneer 🧀

Add the stir-fried vegetables and paneer that we prepared earlier. Mix everything well so the macaroni, veggies, paneer, and sauce combine perfectly.
