The Summer Set Menu is on. Three courses, all shared, R599 per person.
Starters, Italian olive and potato focaccia with grissini, scallop and yellowtail carpaccio in a lemon chilli herb dressing, and stewed beef meatballs with salsa verde, sweet mustard and chives.
Mains bring the signature carbonara by Luciano Monosilio, guanciale, egg and pecorino, alongside a fettucine marinara with prawns and mussels, and a tortelli with coal-roasted tomato, burratina and black truffle.
Dessert is peach and raspberry orange blossom. Vanilla chiffon, raspberry cheesecake ganache, candied almonds, peach ice cream.
