I was honored to meet with one of the people shaping modern day development in our communities. The Lord Mayor of Ndu, Daddy Abdou Kanfon Borno
During my show in Ndu, the Lord Mayor himself was on other duties. Though not present, his support was felt, He called to congratulate me and promised a meeting, which we are proud it happened yesterday. The reception was warmth, the Lord Mayor expressed gratitude for the efforts we made in reviving showbiz in Ndu.
With the mayor, we discussed youth development, empowerment and using the youth as a tool for cultural preservation. He expressed his willingness to support arts and cultural projects that will benefit Ndu and its environs.
It was a beautiful encounter for me as an artist. It’s beautiful feeling when your parents love and support your art.
Thank you Lord Mayor, the works you’ve done within the Ndu municipality is enormous. Thank you for the warmth reception🙏🏽
