The Walking Dead premiered 16 years ago, on October 31, 2010, making its debut fittingly on Halloween night. The acclaimed series introduced audiences to Rick Grimes and a post-apocalyptic world overrun by the undead, quickly becoming one of television’s biggest cultural phenomena. What began as a six-episode first season went on to span 11 seasons and 177 episodes, building a massive global fanbase and redefining the popularity of zombie storytelling on television. Even after the original series concluded in 2022, its universe continues to expand through several successful spin-offs, proving the lasting impact of The Walking Dead on modern television.

A lil too much to handle 🤎

We cut down on visa fraud and returned to the common sense principle that American jobs ought be filled by American citizens.

My past 10 weeks have been a journey. 4 personal bests over 5 different disciplines, but the wheels finally fell off the wagon at the final stage:

23rd August - Ironman 70.3 Tallinn 04:46:53 PB ✅
12th September - 10km Wicklow 38:51 PB ✅
20th September - Half Marathon Dublin 01:26:46 PB ✅
17th October - Full Ironman Cascais 10:48:01 PB ✅
1st November - Marathon New York City 03:37:52 ❌

I’ve asked a lot of my body already this year and I’m actually just grateful I didn’t completely break down or get badly injured. I love this world of endurance sport because there’s always room for improvement which is great for personal motivation, but in reality nobody actually cares about your times. New York marathon was genuinely my favourite out of all of these events even though it was my worst performance, and it’s because of the inspiring people that I got to run alongside and also the ridiculous crowds that supported all day for every single runner. I literally smiled the whole way around while shuffling to the finish line.

For now I need to rest and take care of my body and wife @jeannioshea because they have taken such good care of me these last few weeks 🫶

HA, was suppose to post this yesterday OH WELL, betta late than not at all. Again not too bad for a quick paint job (took me darn near two days though to get all that green makeup off 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ but I really enjoyed myself on Tuesday (that was my Halloween dress up day). Don’t stop letting the kid in you pop out whenever and however you can, you only live once so don’t let others hang ups hold you back! Having fun while I’m here and hope you do the same💯👍🏽👏🏽❤️.
