A 25-year-old Raceview man has been fined by Ipswich Highway Patrol, after allegedly being detected driving in the breakdown lane of the Ipswich Motorway.

On what planet is that empty headed behaviour all ok to carry out? Seriously, far too many people don’t understand that being able to drive is a privilege and not a right! Too many morons don’t have respect for anything!!
