And I thought it’s going to be a quiet weekend 💀 ———- The 2026 Mexico City Grand Prix erupted into chaos during practice when Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson collided, triggering a red flag and matching grid penalties, while Red Bull’s Isack Hadjar received an FIA warning for a paddock physical altercation with a fan. Compounding the insanity, Haas dropped a massive bombshell on Saturday morning by abruptly sidelining Esteban Ocon for the rest of the weekend. This shock driver swap followed a tense, public radio argument between Ocon and his race engineer, a furious storming of the hospitality unit, and mechanics literally scrubbing Ocon’s name and portrait from the garage façade as reserve driver Ryo Hirakawa was drafted in to replace him. Rounding out the dramatic backdrop, Audi accidentally sent a rookie onto the live track with a massive garage fan still attached to his car, Lewis Hamilton suffered a catastrophic engine blowout, and Colton Herta was agonizingly stripped of his newly earned FIA Super Licence due to a retroactive points correction. #formula1 #f1memes #mexicogp
Felt so good putting this on and then I recorded myself relaxing my stomach and went into a spiral 😭 Body dysmorphia sucks :/// #bodydysmorphia #bodyimagehealing #midsize #halloween #patrickstar
You can be eating healthy, training consistently and doing everything right… yet still struggle with a swollen, uncomfortable stomach 😔 And something I wish more women understood is that a distended tummy doesn’t automatically mean you’ve gained body fat, that your nutrition is poor… or that all your hard work has gone out the window! There are so many things happening inside our bodies that can influence how we look and feel from one day to the next. LITERALLY! Hormonal fluctuations, digestion, stress, food sensitivities and underlying health conditions can all play a role. And sometimes, those things are completely outside our control. For me personally, living with adenomyosis and endometriosis means abdominal swelling and discomfort can be part of my reality, even when I’m doing everything I can to look after myself. As you can see in the photo above… I have happy tummy days, and then I have painful, bad tummy days. But one thing I’ve learned is that while I can’t always control what my body does .. I CAN control how I choose to support it. And for me, nutrition and training are a big part of that. I’ve become much more mindful of how I train, how I recover and what foods I eat. I’m also much more intentional about supporting my digestion and gut health. Not because I believe food can cure every underlying issue, but because making the right adjustments can sometimes help alleviate symptoms and make everyday life a little more comfortable. Because nutrition isn’t just about losing body fat or building muscle. It’s also about how you FEEL. I’ve tried many diets in my time, and that’s one of the reasons I teamed up with my partner to build our nutrition coaching app Meal Engine. I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition. And that’s something we’ve taken into consideration when developing our approach to nutrition coaching. Because what works for one person might not work for another. We all have different goals, lifestyles, preferences and nutritional needs. So, we created an adaptive coaching app that can create a custom plan specifically for YOU 🫶 Use the link in bio @mealengine to find out more!
