San Jose based artist looking for a new place to call my creative home.
Accepting recommendations, suggestions, contacts, and referrals. Would need to move in by January 1st.
I have over 20 years experience in gallery art. 20 years experience in illustrative art. Over 10 years experience in event organizing and live art performances. 8 years experience in murals.
I’m a full time high school Art teacher and am a reliable and responsible tenant.
First studio was from 2021-2024. Moved to upsize because I outgrew my tiny 6’x8’ space.
Currently moving to downsize from a workshop space that is too large to a medium “work only” space.
Looking for my JUST RIGHT San Jose Creative haven.

Wishing you luck Raquel! You have been so helpful when I needed a studio space. I will look around.

School of Visual Philosophy has a few different sizes! There may or may not be an opening but it’s worth checking. I had a studio there in 2021 and its a nice place

I’m at Citadel on 199 Martha St, still new to the studio thing so I can’t give you an honest assessment. Other than my bathroom key doesn’t work and that sucks 😅
