What a weekend! 2 days. 4 divisions. 9 matches. The Pan Pacs are the highlight of the competition calendar in Australia and this year my divisions were of the highest calibre I have faced on home soil.

Friday was NoGI, where I won all 4 matches to take double gold. Alongside coaching and very little sleep, I pulled up quite fatigued on Saturday but still managed to perform well, proving to myself once again that the mind is much stronger than the body. I had 5 matches on day 2 to win the Open Class and take silver in the Heavyweight division, losing the final by 1 advantage. All up I finished the weekend 8-1 with 4 wins by submission. Not perfect but I am proud of my efforts.

Our @dominancemma team performed incredibly well once again. It’s hard to adequately convey how proud I am of the entire team but I’ll try to do that in a separate post 🔺

Thank you everyone @dominancemma, to everyone who supported me and team at the event, to my amazing sponsors @hyperflyaustralia and @saint.layers, and to @byou.media for the filming. Finally, thank you to my opponents for the great matches 👊🏻

NoGi Worlds is next! ⚔️
