47 YEARS OLD. THREE YEARS LATER. STILL LOCKED IN.
@matt_west101salon Three years ago, Matt started working with me.
The original goal was simple:
Get leaner.
Build muscle.
Look better.
Feel better.
He accomplished all of that in the first 3-6 months of us working together.
But this is what I’m most proud of:
Three years later, he still has a plan.
He still trains with intention.
He still pays attention to his nutrition.
He still pushes himself.
But he also travels.
He eats out.
He enjoys his life.
He has flexibility.
He isn’t constantly dieting or trying to “get back on track.”
This IS the track now.
We’ve spent three years going through different seasons together.
We cut.
We built muscle.
We maintained.
We pushed again when the time was right.
And now, at 47 years old, Matt is built like a 25-year-old athlete.
Lean. Muscular. Strong. Confident.
But the best part isn’t how he looks.
It’s that this isn’t some temporary transformation he’s desperately trying to hold onto.
It’s his lifestyle now.
That’s the difference between getting someone in shape and actually changing the trajectory of their life.
I don’t want my guys shredded for one photoshoot.
I want them walking into their 50s and 60s with muscle, strength, confidence, and a system they know how to sustain.
Matt is proof of what happens when you stop chasing quick transformations and start building a new baseline.
Three years deep.
Still progressing.
Still enjoying his life.
Still fucking going. 👊🏼
Proud of you, brother.
If you’re a man over 40 and think your best physical years are behind you, look at Matt.
Then ask yourself what three years of being locked in, not perfect, could do for you.
DM me “TRANSFORM” and let’s talk.
