Philip Raskin @philip_raskin_art is exhibiting his work in our current exhibition, Translators. Philip specialises in sea, land and skyscapes, combining the use of feather-light brushstrokes and heavy impasto applications of acrylic paint to capture the duality of nature. Philip uses this technique to capture the essence of his home, Scotland. The temperamental nature of the country’s weather is what he finds most beautiful about it and he employs his artistry masterfully to honour it on canvas.
