Do you dread the days before your period because of feelings such as severe hopelessness, irritability or fatigue?

Then your period starts, and you begin to feel like yourself again, while dreading the same feelings returning next month.

In this video, Dr Sonia Dudeja explains what PMDD is, why it can happen and why it isn’t “all in your head”.

Thanks so much! I'll have a look. Unfortunately, I live in Australia!

Maybe a silly question. I have PmDD and thought to be in perimenopause. I also have MCAS and ADHD. Can you explain how taking hormones help to manage PMDD when you are sensitive to the hormone fluctuations? Thanks!
