ITS ALL IN THE DETAILS 🧐
The Brookline Jacket has plenty to make it that extra special jacket for your knitting.
NO RIBBING! Cuffs and collar are all double knit.
WELTS unify the different parts of the jacket: front, back, cuffs, hem and zip.
Speaking of the zip I have it sewn it in a way that does not compromise the integrity of the fabric. It also looks like a cool welt.
It also has structure. High stress points like the shoulders, zipper and under arm are all secured in a way that makes the garment stronger and less likely to lose its shape over time.
The yarn is @blueskyfibers Woolstock Tweed Aran in the color Olive Branch. It was provided to me as part of the BlueSky Maker program. I’ve worked with it before and I specifically requested it because I knew it would be perfect. The Aran weight of it makes it quick to knit up.
