Day off 💖.
Being a good mother should never mean losing yourself as a woman. 🤍
Even if you gave birth just six weeks a go.
Motherhood also means learning to take care of yourself. Making time to breathe, recharge, disconnect, and reconnect with the person you are beyond your everyday role as a mom.
A day off from diapers and bottles. Just a moment to reconnect with the woman behind the mother.
Because our children learn as much from what we show them as from what we tell them. Teaching them to be happy also means showing them the importance of listening to themselves, finding balance, and nurturing their own joy.
Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean stepping away from your children. It means showing them that you can love others deeply without losing yourself in the process. ❤️
