We’re looking for another 1-2 full-time Social Media Managers to join the team, with 2-3+ years of experience in social media management, located in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, or willing to relocate!📍

THE DETAILS:
🪩 Full-time, in-house, salaried W-2 position (we aren’t hiring 1099 contractors for this role)
🪩 Must live in the Twin Cities for the entirety of the position, or be willing to relocate
🪩 Primarily remote with in-person requirements each month
🪩 Potential travel across the US for content shoots
🪩 15 days PTO, 15 paid holidays, and a stipend toward health insurance if needed
🪩 Pay is based on experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✨ 2-3+ years of social media management experience
✨ A thorough understanding of organic strategy on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
✨ Someone organized and detail-oriented who works well with deadlines
✨ A team player who adapts quickly and is happy to step in wherever needed
✨ Receptive to feedback and able to carry it forward with a positive attitude
✨ Creative and willing to test new ideas to help clients win
✨ A high-level communicator with great interpersonal skills
✨ Excited to take ownership of your clients and their results
