Elm, Half Dome, and Winter Light | Yosemite National Park

Four days in Yosemite, sleeping in the back of my 4Runner, and getting lucky enough to have snow falling for two of those days. Pretty hard to beat that!

I’d had my eye on this elm tree for a while, and on my final evening in the park, I finally came away with a photograph I’m really happy with. Cold fingers, beautiful light, and a pretty fantastic way to end the trip.
