AI lecture transcribe + presentation sent out on conference website afterwards, added and synced with transcription + where hand written notes are tagged as comment would be next level to collect both the entire session for context with slides, and your reflections as notes. This would be best practice attending a conference if supported.

The Kindle notes detail stuck with me. I think there's a pattern in your three steps you may not have noticed. The notes feed the 24-hour follow-up, and the follow-up feeds the thought leadership. It's one loop: capture, follow up, then publish what you learned. Every event pays for the next one. Am I right?
