Congratulations to Chris Burdyshaw on his retirement from South King Fire and its Extrication Team! His teammates surprised him with a beautiful gold Hi-Lift® First Responder Jack, a fitting tribute to his remarkable career.
Along with fellow extrication trainer Jeff Pugh, Chris helped develop the unique components of the original and current First Responder Jack. He’s spent years sharing its capabilities and training people worldwide. Through his knowledge and tireless work, Chris has helped save countless lives, directly and indirectly. Thank you, Chris, for your service and lasting impact!
