Perfect all week, out of control all weekend? Your weekend isn’t the problem. The restriction before it is. Cut too much Monday through Friday and by the weekend you’re hungry, exhausted, and one “bad” food away from “I already ruined it.” Then guilt, then a stricter Monday, then repeat. What helps: regular meals, enough protein, a deficit that isn’t aggressive, foods you actually enjoy, and no morality attached to any of it. If your diet keeps ending in a binge, the answer probably isn’t getting stricter. Link in bio to train with me
I prefer tiny habits over big changes. No complicated biohacking routines or chasing the latest wellness trends for me. Just little things I started doing in my 40s that bring me more joy. Because my goal is to feel good and show up as a kinder version of myself everyday. I have plenty more, but these 10 felt worth sharing. I believe a well lived life is built in the little things. ❤️ And if you’re looking to build habits to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, join my Program! It’s 6 weeks of strength, Quick Minutes, nutrition, and access to our incredible private community. The Lean Transformation is found in the link 🔗 in my bio. Pay once and have it forever. My programs never expire and you can use them again and again. ✨
