My baby boy is FOUR! 🥹❤️ Time is flying, but one thing will never change. you’ll always be Mommy’s little world. May Allah protect your smile and bless you with the most beautiful life. Happy Birthday, my love! 🎂🥺❤️

It’s no secret that female speed skaters have some of the most impressive physiques in winter sports.

The majority of their muscle is in the lower body, mainly the glutes due to the hip angle, which biases glute activation during the drive forwards.

The quads are prominent too, as they have to sustain isometric tension while the athlete stays in an aerodynamic position.

Then, their core has work overtime to stabilise their body throughout the race.

If you want to learn how they train, comment below.

I followed my heart, even when not everyone understood my choices. And now I get to live moments like this. 🥹🤍

A little reminder that your life doesn’t have to make sense to everyone else. It just has to feel right to you.

Sometimes the most beautiful things happen when you find the courage to choose your own happiness. ❤️

Have you ever followed your heart against everyone else’s expectations? 💌
