The spreadsheets were plentiful. The payoff was worth it.
Hosting a reception at an offsite property requires a different level of planning. Outside a traditional hotel or wedding venue, every layer has to be considered: production, rentals, catering, power, load-in, floor plans, timing, guest flow, and the contingency plans behind all of it.
There is no house AV. No banquet team. No kitchen. Nothing exists until you bring it.
For Lisa and Shyam’s reception at The Grand at 81 Mary, that meant a great many spreadsheets and considerably more coordination. This is the work we’re built for.
The result was a space completely transformed - and, more to the point, one that felt like them.
Watch to the end to see Lisa and Shyam walk in for the first time. Their reaction made every spreadsheet worth it.
