Rumi's Kitchen, the Persian restaurant from Atlanta, DC and Houston, is now open in Century City.
Order the shish kabob (pictured): wagyu zabuton with an urfa chili rub, grilled shishito peppers and red onion, with crispy potato tahdeeg basmati rice ($70). For a stew, the duck fesenjoon is braised duck in a pomegranate-walnut sauce ($47).
The food is built around live-fire cooking, including charcoal, and the rooftop patio is designed like a Persian garden with pomegranate and satsuma orange trees.
