To everyone caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s, this post is for you. A few days ago, my beautiful mother-in-law Margaret, aged 87, lost her husband of over 65 years. She was just 21 when they married. Now she’s facing life without the man she has spent almost her entire adult life with. And she is living with Alzheimer’s. Spending time with her has been incredibly precious. She may not remember what we did yesterday, but the Margaret I know and love is still there. The cheeky, funny, kind, caring woman who has been such an incredible mother-in-law to me. With patience, reassurance, affection and making her feel safe and loved, I still see her beautiful personality shine through. Those moments mean everything. Margaret has never been one for girly pampering, but recently she’s started letting me give her facials, massage oils into her skin and simply look after her. And she absolutely loves it. Seeing her relax, smile and enjoy that attention brings me so much happiness. It’s taught me something important. Just because someone living with Alzheimer’s struggles to care for themselves doesn’t mean they’ve stopped wanting to feel beautiful, comforted, confident and cared for. Dignity doesn’t disappear with memory loss. Neither does the need for tenderness, affection or human connection. Margaret has given me so much love and kindness over the years. Now it’s my turn to step up and be there for her. But I won’t glamourise caring for someone with Alzheimer’s. It’s hard. Relentless. Frustrating. Emotionally and physically exhausting. There are moments when your patience is tested and you feel completely overwhelmed. Being of service to someone you love isn’t always easy. But it can be deeply rewarding. I’m learning that love isn’t always about grand gestures. Sometimes it’s simply showing up, again and again, even on the difficult days. There are so many of us navigating this journey, with its heartbreaks, challenges and precious little moments of joy. Even when someone may not remember what you did for them , the comfort, dignity and love they felt in that moment matters. Memories may fade, but our responsi

November opens on 11:1:1, as the master number 11 meets the first day of the month inside the universal 1 year of 2026. In numerology, 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 reduces to 10, then to 1, making this a universal 1 year. One rules creation, beginnings, independence, self-belief and the choice to build a future reflecting who you have become. November adds the frequency of 11, the number of intuition, awakening and synchronicity. Together on the first of the month, they create a concentrated manifestation code around intention, divine timing and the future already calling you forward. November 11 creates 11:11:1, placing the eleventh month and eleventh day inside that same universal 1 year. These two dates become spiritual gateways around eleven charged days of heightened intuition and undeniable synchronicity. November 1 sets your intention, while November 11 delivers the recognition, the confirmation and the arrival. Whatever you wished, decided or sensed early in the month grows through conversations, openings and encounters before peaking on 11:11:1. These days bridge the life you have known and the future you have spent months calling toward you. November feels unlike any month before it this year. Earlier chapters of 2026 brought emotional lessons, relationship reviews, tangled communication and moments that reshaped how you see your worth. This month turns every one of those lessons into reward. Suspended situations begin moving, people reveal their true intentions, and opportunities arrive with timing that feels personally arranged for you. November carries receiving energy from its very first day. Life has stopped asking you to prove how much you can survive, and started showing you everything your growth prepared you to hold. From 11:1:1 onward, the magic turns deeply personal, because ordinary moments start carrying extraordinary meaning. Numbers repeat the instant a wish crosses your mind. Music plays the exact words your heart has been holding. Someone appears in your thoughts moments before they reach out to you. Dreams hand you answers that make complete sense by morning. Invitations arrive the moment you finally choose what you want.
