The foundation was laid, but the sound is still evolving! These six producers are helping shape the present and future of gospel music, pushing creativity, excellence, and innovation to new heights. And make no mistake, these guys aren’t the only ones carrying the sound forward! Who else deserves recognition?

I used to be that girl who wanted to do everything in life… 🥀 So many dreams, so many plans, so much excitement about the future. And somewhere between growing up, responsibilities and trying to keep everything together… I started losing that version of myself. ❤️‍🩹 अब कभी-कभी लगता है, जिन चीज़ों के लिए इतनी excited हुआ करती थी, उनका मतलब ही कहीं खो गया है। I don't know when I changed this much… but I really miss the girl I used to be. 🥺 Maybe she's still somewhere inside me, just a little tired. Do you ever miss the old version of yourself? 🤍 Lost Dreams, Growing Up, Emotional Exhaustion, Finding Yourself, Self Reflection, Life Changes, Missing My Old Self, Healing Journey #DearRaksha #MissingMyOldSelf #GrowingUp #LifeChanges #DeepThoughts SelfReflection LostDreams EmotionalReels HealingJourney RelatableReels
MY EYES FILL WITH SAND - “Kashmir” was written by John Bonham, Jimmy Page, and Robert Plant, originally printed as 9:41 on vinyl though its true length is 8:37. Recorded between 1973–1974 at Headley Grange with additional sessions and mixing at Olympic Sound Studios, London, the track features Robert Plant on vocals, Jimmy Page on electric guitars (six and twelve string), John Paul Jones on bass and Mellotron, John Bonham on drums, and unidentified musicians contributing strings and brass. The song’s genesis traces back to Jimmy Page’s conversation with William S. Burroughs, who encouraged him to explore the connection between rock and Arabic musical structures and even travel to Morocco for firsthand inspiration. Robert Plant later explained that the lyrics originally under the working title “Driving to Kashmir” came from a long, empty Moroccan road between Guelmin and Tan Tan, where he saw nothing for miles except a single camel and traveler, inspiring the imagery of a road stretching endlessly into a dreamlike destination. The lyrics reference distant journeys, an imagined Shangri La, and possibly the time of Rudyard Kipling, or the hippie trails through Kathmandu in the late 60s and early 70s, with critics describing the piece as “won over by the talk and song from tongues of lilting grace… whose sounds caress the ear.” Musically, “Kashmir” blends rock power with Eastern trance aesthetics, becoming a monumental piece in Led Zeppelin’s catalog. Page described how an earlier idea called “Swan Song” evolved into the final track once Bonham’s drum pattern locked in during early Headley Grange rehearsals: “It just seemed to come to life… nothing else sounded like ‘Kashmir.’ It was quite majestic, and it was just cool to be playing it.” Only two songs in Led Zeppelin’s discography are credited solely to Bonham, Page, and Plant: “Out on the Tiles” (Led Zeppelin III) and “Kashmir.” Clip: LIVE at Knebworth (1979)
