The market didn’t crash.
It changed.

Buyers have more leverage. Sellers have less room for error. Higher rates changed affordability, and pricing strategy matters more than it did a few years ago.

👉🏼The biggest mistake I see right now is people trying to use an old strategy in a new market.
Buyers can negotiate again.

Sellers still have opportunities, but preparation, presentation, and pricing matter from day one.

And most importantly — there is no single “Southern California market.”
Costa Mesa can move differently than Corona. Long Beach can move differently than Riverside. Even two neighborhoods in the same city can tell completely different stories.

The headline isn’t the strategy. 🚀🚀🚀
If you’re buying, selling, or trying to figure out what the market means for you specifically, send me “STRATEGY” and I’ll give you a straightforward breakdown of what I’m seeing in your area.
