Thank our government, instead of encouraging their people to do well - they just squeeze us to the point where its not worth it anymore. The ones brave and smart enough, are leaving this country and doing business abroad, sad but true

Holding costs, taxes, council contributions should all be allowed for in thr feasibility pre purchase. If a builder developer isn't making money, they either bought wrong, fucked up their build or didn't do their due diligence
