Viral Pudding Cake Recipe:
For chocolate sponge:
Ingredients:
* Hot water - 90 ml
* Cocoa powder - 30 ml
* Sugar - 120 ml
* Yogurt - 125 ml
* Oil - 60 ml
* All-purpose flour - 80 ml
* Baking powder - 2 ml
* Baking soda - 2 ml
Method:
1. Mix the hot water and cocoa powder until smooth.
2. Add the sugar, yogurt and oil and whisk everything together.
3. Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix until you have a smooth batter.
4. Pour into a greased baking tin.
5. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
6. Let the cake cool completely before cutting it into pieces.

🍫THICK CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Ingredients:
* Milk - 250 ml
* Cream- 50 ml
* Cocoa powder - 25 ml
* Dark chocolate - 100 ml
* Sugar - 50 ml
* Butter - 20 ml
Method:
Add the milk, cocoa powder and sugar to a saucepan and cook on low heat while stirring continuously. Once the mixture is warm, add the dark chocolate and butter. Mix until everything melts together and you have a smooth, thick and glossy chocolate sauce🤎🍫
