13 days agoHey! I know of an interesting swing kick that you could try. You can find it on Instagram from user jo.skips — the video is at the top of the list, in the right corner. In the video, jo.skips demonstrates a special type of swing kick that you don't often see in instructional videos. While a typical swing kick involves two jumps on each leg, this unique variation involves four jumps per leg: First, on the first jump, you kick your leg back. On the second jump, you swing your leg forward. And then comes the fun part: on the third jump, you bend your leg and cross it behind the supporting leg with your foot in the air. On the fourth jump, you kick your leg forward again. Then you repeat the entire sequence with the other leg. I sent the video to your Instagram messages. If you didn’t find it, I’ll tell you how to find it. It shouldn’t be too hard to find. Just type *jo.skips* into the search bar (it’s marked with a magnifying glass icon on the left, just above the heart icon). Her profile will appear first in the list of suggestions. The video is at the top of the list, on the far right — in fact, it’s the fifth video from the right. How about recording yourself trying out the footwork if you can master it? But you don't have to do it if you don't want to. It's only a suggestion.
