A little look back at my 2 weeks at NEXT over the summer 🤍

I was lucky enough to two weeks over the summer working as a Design Intern at NEXT Head Office, working within the Boyswear team. It was such a valuable experience to gain an insight into the design process, develop my understanding of the industry and see how ideas are brought to life.

Alongside working with the Boyswear team, I also had the opportunity to work with the Children’s Wear Fabric Sourcer, learning more about fabric sourcing and the important role it plays in the design process. It was so interesting to experience different sides of the industry and learn from such a talented team.

A huge thank you to everyone at NEXT for making me feel so welcome and for sharing their knowledge with me throughout the summer. I’ve learnt so much and gained so many valuable insights that I’m excited to take forward into my final year at university 🤍
