I mean our manager also hired some batting coach who is his friend, who career wise hit a career average of 2.15 or something like that 🤦🏽♂️ I would love a real hitting coach. The brewers have a whole hitting system, 3 coaches and an overseer crazy!

They pay athletes WAAAAY too much to begin with. Cut their pay and see them fix their issues really quick!

Baseball is controlled, yall. Lol. Thats why Friars never make it even though weve got what should be maybe the best team in nl west. If a sport can be bet on, then theres super rich an powerful people controlling the outcomes. Like when a boxer throws a fight. Kinda ruined the game for me when I realized that.

Sal Frelick just hit a HR in the World Series. We need pitching, it's always pitching.

The problem is the contracts a couple of those guys have. Bogaerts should’ve never been signed. The Darvish and Cronenworth contracts are brutal too. They’re hamstrung with these guys that aren’t contributing enough and it’ll be years before they can move off of them and truly make any real changes to the lineup.

Yall realize we lost because of a roof and a closing pitcher right? Our hitting and starting pitching was fine against the brewers

This was really apparent down the stretch. We were getting hits in the last 6weeks. That’s why we were winning games. But against the Brewers we went back to our late May/all June no clutch padres.
