I want to invite you!! Happy to be part of this exhibition:
Oscillate: Rituals of Becoming and Unbecoming
@occupythegaze
Oscillate moves between visibility and disappearance, identity and dissolution, attachment and release. Transformation is not a straight line but an ongoing oscillation between who we have been, who we are expected to be and who we might become.
Rather than looking away, the exhibition turns towards the darker dimensions of existence: mortality, impermanence and loss, patriarchal structures, exclusion and growing uncertainty. What are we ready to let go of? What needs to be challenged? What do we want to keep, protect and nourish?
Towards community, solidarity, collective resistance, care and joy. Towards more liberating ways of being together.
Halloween and the days that follow, with their rituals of remembrance, death and the afterlife, hold the space.
