I wasn't happy with last night's weird Wednesday practice and I wasn't going to post it , but I thought id share some of the losses too .
Dont get me wrong it was a fun track but I try to challenge myself on Wednesday, break all rules and push myself in areas and sounds . Break those boxes . There's always tonight .
