I like Halloween as an idea. I love seeing people in their costumes, especially matching costumes! But I never did enjoy trick or treating, neither do I like parties. And wearing a costume seems like a weird sort of vulnerable. But mostly, it gets me itchy to spend money on something I will only wear one night.
