The Ridge Road Alliance, The SOURCE and The Gregory H. Montgomery Jr. Foundation for Ultimate Growth partnered for a week long initiative to KICK the STIGMA surrounding mental health. From lunchtime tabling and interactive activities to bulletin boards, conversations about 988, and meeting with each fall team to talk about sports, stress, and mental wellness, our goal was simple: REMIND EVERYONE THAT MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS AND NO ONE HAS TO FACE THEIR STRUGGLES ALONE.
