A letter about much more than football ❤️ 💬 “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 7 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘵. 𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯. 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯’𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘦. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵.” 💔 Looking back on his journey, Ronaldo says he doesn’t just remember goals, records or trophies. He remembers the people. The fans, the families and the millions of Portuguese people around the world 🥹 💬 “𝘐𝘧 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘶𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦, 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘢 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘵.” ❤️ He thanks his teammates, coaches, staff and family for every sacrifice, victory and defeat they shared. And he remembers the one moment that will stay with him forever: hearing the Portuguese national anthem before a match 🇵🇹 💬 “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰 𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘣𝘴, 𝘯𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴, 𝘯𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴.
