Happy coincidence today as we checked in for garden maintenance @hellotexture_salon as they celebrate two fabulous years of beauty, texture and self-care..
Delectable canapés and minty cocktails were served all day long! 🍹

Cheers to many more years of glowing moments! 💃🏽

This is
remembering
everything. I met him
when twenty years old.
Robert Mapplethorpe.
The artist of my life.
Who created much.
Suffered much.
And is with me always.
Happy 80th birthday
Robert. We will be
forever just kids,
even within the
ancient heart.

Did this happen for real? Did I really sing in the Royal Albert Hall? The same stage where SO MANY of my inspirations and idols have stood and owned it.

I am still not able to wrap my head around it and sometimes finding it absolutely absurd! What i experienced yesterday was something I cannot fully put into words. It feels like I was a mere spectator watching it happen to someone else. At the same time I was able to be fully present there, enjoying every moment, trying to absorb it all.

I will write more about this experience- especially about singing alongside a legend like Kavita ji, the phenomenal Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and our incredible team!

For now, the only feeling in my heart is gratitude 🙏🧿
