The Juvenile Justice Board has granted bail to the eight-year-old boy accused of assaulting a girl at a school in Panchkula. The board also directed the removal of videos related to the incident from social media platforms. The decision comes as authorities continue investigating the circumstances surrounding the assault and allegations of negligence.
The directions are intended to prevent further circulation of the footage, which could affect the privacy and dignity of those involved. Meanwhile, the investigation is ongoing, with authorities examining whether the school failed to respond appropriately to the incident. The allegations of negligence remain under investigation, and further action will depend on the findings.
