Fall back…I’m loving the extra hour of sleep but not the early dark nights. Change always brings a mix of emotions.

One of my favorite Star Wars quotes is, “You can’t stop the change, any more than you can stop the suns from setting.”

It’s a season of change and it’s OK to be nervous, anxious, scared, worried, and more. Change also brings excitement, curiosity, happiness and peace. Feel all the emotions but accept the change and search for the positives.
