Bought a Jom Rebut deal for RM16. When I tried to use it, ShopeeFood added RM20 delivery + RM1 fee. Normally I'd pay RM0 delivery under VIP free delivery. So this "deal" actually costs me more than a normal order. A promotion shouldn't claw back its discount through extra fees. That's not transparency and it doesn't show much integrity. Instead of redeeming this, I suggest a member of the leadership team bring me two meals and join me for lunch to discuss business integrity.
