Ever heard yourself and thought, “Gee I’m really picking at everyone today…”?

Sometimes the voice we use with the people we love sounds a lot like the one running inside our own head.

I know mine can be tough, critical even.

So I’m practising noticing the effort and actually saying it out loud. What’s been done. What I appreciate. What I’d love to see more of!

It’s a small shift we can practise with our families and ourselves.

Do you catch the good, or does the unfinished stuff grab your attention first?

Yes gratitude is so much needed. It makes others feel well worth their value. Thanks for this message 😁 I don't tolerate negativity around me. I will excuse myself quickly.

Best advice ever! I've noticed when hard on myself & those closest to me, it all feels harder, gloomier & pretty shitty. But when I'm intentionally more positive to myself & others around me, everything feels lighter & easier 💕 (Although it's still easier said than done sometimes 😜) But it's definitely a case negativity feeds more negativity & positivity breeds more positivity! ✨️

I can be very self critical- I hope focusing on reframing as self-reflection continues to have a positive effect x thank you for this post ❤️
