🇨🇳 A Chinese Z-10 attack helicopter performing aerial maneuvers during a display reportedly held in Tianjin, China. Built by Changhe Aircraft Industries Corporation, the Z-10 is China’s first dedicated attack helicopter, designed primarily to engage armored vehicles and provide fire support for ground troops. Powered by two engines, it carries two crew members in a tandem cockpit, seated one behind the other. It is equipped with a chin mounted 23mm cannon and can carry guided antitank missiles, rockets, and air to air missiles. 🏷️ @truereload - - - @ukrainciaga.international @ukrainciaga.actual @ukrainciaga Published for documentation, analysis, and public awareness. Which groups of voters swung furthest between the 2024 presidential election and the 2026 midterms, from the national exit polls. A group’s swing is how much its margin moved: Kamala Harris versus Donald Trump in 2024, then Democratic versus Republican House candidates on November 3, 2026. Each bar is that swing, blue toward Democrats and red toward Republicans. Voters aged 18 to 29 went from Harris by 11 points to Democrats by 47, a 36-point swing. All voters swung 12 points, from Trump by 2 to Democrats by 10. The chart ranks all 25 single groups (age, gender, race, education, income, party, religion and a few others) and leaves out combinations like Latino men, which repeat their parent groups. The scale stays the same for every row, so bar lengths compare all the way down the list. The number at the end of each bar is the swing in points. These are surveys of voters, not vote counts, the 2024 and 2026 polls were run by different firms, and the 2026 numbers are the morning-after estimates, which can move a little as the final votes are counted. It also compares a presidential race with House races, which is the usual way to measure a midterm swing. Source: NBC News exit polls #ElectionResults #ExitPolls #Election2026 #Democrats #Midterms
My advice to all the young ladies who don’t have kids yet: ❤️ And to those of you who are currently in this phase of life, tell me… how does it feel? 🥹💕
I only own 3 pairs of shoes for the entire year. And nope, none of them are sneakers. 🙅‍♀️ Each pair was purchased secondhand, and I intentionally choose genuine leather because, unlike synthetic alternatives like vegan leather, it can be repaired and maintained for the long haul. This is my actual, year-round lineup for everything from hiking to going out for dinner. 👢 Knee-high boots – My daily workhorses for dust and trails. 🤍 White booties – My go-to for a polished look. 🩴 Flip flops – For warm days and quick transitions. Why no sneakers? My lifestyle just doesn't require them, so I don't own them. (Fine print: I do own specialized gear for seasonal mountain sports, including a pair of thrifted golf shoes I’ve used for mountain biking and water activities for 10 years. If it works, it works! 🤷‍♀️) The Takeaway: Notice what you actually reach for. The shoes at the front of your rack are your true essentials—the rest are just collecting dust. This lineup fits my climate and my style. Yours might look completely different, and that’s the beauty of it. ✨ Follow for practical minimalism, intentional style, and real-life capsule wardrobe tips—and to make sure you don't miss my upcoming post unveiling my full capsule wardrobe lineup! 👇 How many pairs of shoes do you actually wear? #CapsuleWardrobe #MinimalistLiving #YearRoundCapsule #MinimalistStyle #OutdoorsyLife
