Building Skills Today for a Successful Tomorrow!
Meet Jaden Norris and Reese Wilson, JCHS students who are gaining valuable, real-world experience at Chick-fil-A - Braselton through their Work-Based Learning (WBL) placements!
Jaden and Reese are learning what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Their responsibilities include ensuring customers receive their orders, taking phone orders, greeting and seating guests, working the drive-thru, and demonstrating friendly leadership.
JCHS Senior, Jaden Norris, is currently completing the CTAE Veterinary Science pathway. By participating in morning WBL, Jaden can balance work experience with extracurricular activities after school.
JCHS Junior, Reese Wilson, has completed the CTAE Food Science pathway. She is building on that foundation while gaining valuable workplace experience. She is also using morning WBL to gain real-world work experience while making time for extracurricular activities after school. Already in a leadership position at Chick-fil-A, Reese hopes to advance further in the management program and work toward a Senior Director role!
Both Jaden and Reese are developing essential skills in customer service, communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving—skills that will benefit them in any future career!
We’re proud to see our students making the most of their opportunities, building confidence, and preparing for life after high school!
