Yep woke up this morning shaking due to pain , always gets me from the end of September to February the daily pain is worse .

For me I’m the opposite, I am BUZZING the 8273 heatwaves have gone, bring on autumn and less debilitating symptoms. Wild how differently some of us are affected as I know for a lot of ms peeps the heat eases their symptoms 🧡
