๐Ÿคฉ An exciting new chapter for Wellous! ๐Ÿคโœจ

Weโ€™ve signed MOUs with the โœจ Sunway University and โœจ University of Nottingham Malaysia, bringing fresh opportunities to grow talent and advance research.

With University of Nottingham Malaysia, weโ€™ll further study ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป WBF01, a Tiger Milk Mushroom cultivar whose identity has been scientifically confirmed and genetic sequence recorded in NCBI GenBank. By exploring its natural compounds and biological properties, we aim to support product innovation and continuous improvement.

Wellous was represented by ๐Ÿ”ธ Dr Leo, Wellous Principal Scientist, and ๐Ÿ”ธ Mr Ray Yap, Chief Scientific Officer. Representing Nottingham were ๐Ÿ”ธ Prof Dr Steve Janssen, Dean of Science & Engineering, and ๐Ÿ”ธ Asst Prof Dr Loo Shu San from the School of Biological & Environmental Sciences.

Our collaboration with Sunway University will support student training, postgraduate research and industry exposure. Representing Wellous were ๐Ÿ”ธ Fabian Hoong, Chief Academic Officer, and ๐Ÿ”ธ Ms Racheal Tan, Executive Director.

The MOU was signed for Sunway by ๐Ÿ”ธ Prof Kavita Reginald, Deputy Dean (Employability & Alumni), and witnessed by ๐Ÿ”ธ Dr Amar Daud Iskandar Abdullah, Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences.

๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป We look forward to what we can discover and develop together!
