Another one for the books! Talking about how to make it work as a creative in the DMV, the impact of person to person connections and mentorship in the arts, and answering a community need when you see one. What an incredible night and conversation at @thelily_dc for our October DMV Creative Chat! As Riz said “you need to pass the potatoes” - sharing the bounty all around.
BIG thank you to the panelists @judahusedtomakebeats @folasade.unskrypted @rizthagreat (you were missed @e.laniese ! ) and our generous host @districtofcandace
And thank you to our partners @alexandergolobart @swbid @artspgparks
Stay tuned for our next event on November 18th in Prince George’s County!
