📸: Dok. Istimewa. Baca selengkapnya dengan klik link di bio. Easy dinner idea Made a one-pan lemon garlic roast chicken with potatoes and carrots for dinner, along with a big pot of my favorite Lebanese lentil soup For the chicken, I stuffed the cavity with fresh rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic, lemon, and onion. Then I rubbed the chicken with olive oil, @traegergrills seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon and orange zest. Added potatoes and carrots around it and roasted everything until the chicken was golden, juicy, and cooked through (roast at 375°F for about 1½–2 hours, depending on the size of your chicken, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F). On the side I made lentil soup which is always on repeat this time of year. It’s cozy, healthy, and packed with protein and fiber. Comment SOUP and I’ll send you the recipe or copy paste this link: https://themomnutritionist.com/lebanese-lentil-soup-recipe-easy-shorbet-adas/ #healthydinner #dinnerrecipes #roastchicken #dinner #easydinnerideas
