At the Commonwealth Women’s forum, The Queen met women advocating for other women across the Commonwealth, as well as survivors of abuse and political leaders.

During her speech at the Forum, Her Majesty spoke of ‘signs of hope’ for women’s safety, saying:

“Throughout our Commonwealth, people are identifying effective ways to ensure that, when a woman reaches out for help, she finds it close at hand.”

✨3 phases of weight loss:

1) 12-15# down with 7 months of “doing all the right things” (late March - late Oct 2025).

2) 12-15# with a GLP1 (late Oct 2025 - early Jan 2026) and lost basically only muscle... 👀

3) 36# DOWN without a GLP-1 ... Plus the GLOW UP of my life + total body recomposition with muscle and strength. (Jan - July 2026)

✨FRIENDS.... Read these stories (shared from my insta page)....

... this is the only “before and after” I’ve posted because honestly the “before” makes me INCREDIBLY emotional.

It was such a dark, hard season of my life. 😭

... Not only was I incredibly overweight...
... I was struggling SO HARD with mental health stuff...
... marriage stuff
... chronic-sick-kid stuff
... not sleeping through the night hardly ever...
... insulin resistance
... lost my identity entirely

🔥AND IN THIS before PIC I was working out EVERYDAY, cold plunging, taking $1000 worth of supplements a month...

The toll this level of stress takes on your body as a woman is W-I-L-D.

Tonight I’m sharing THE WHOLE STORY.... including stuff I haven’t ever shared publicly. Like “all the life updates”....

If you’d like an invite, comment STORY below and we’ll get you the link!

Can’t wait to see you there.

XO,
J 💙

Some journeys feel a little like stepping into a storybook, and Denmark has plenty of chapters to get lost in. For Taapsee Pannu, Denmark holds a more personal place. Married to Danish badminton player Mathias Boe, the actor has spent the last few years splitting her time between Mumbai and Odense, making the country something of a second home.

In Copenhagen, colourful harbour fronts, cycling lanes, elegant architecture, and lively neighbourhoods make for a city that balances its historic roots with a modern outlook. A little further afield, Odense, a city that Taapsee is proud to be an ambassador for, offers a charm all its own. Its quaint streets, pastel-hued houses, and rich history make it feel like a world of its own.

Taapsee takes us through the picturesque streets and waterfronts of Copenhagen and the fairytale town of Odense, exploring a side of Denmark as rich in culture and history as it is in everyday magic.
