$200 difference on a TV is a one-time thing. A 0.25% difference on your mortgage rate can cost you tens of thousands over the life of the loan.
Most people take the first loan estimate they get because the process feels overwhelming. But two lenders can quote the same home with very different rates, points, and fees, and the real cost only shows up when you put them side by side.
Before you sign, compare:
• the interest rate and APR
• lender fees and points
• total closing costs
• your monthly payment
If you’ve got a loan estimate and aren’t sure if it’s a good deal, I’m here to help. Shoot me a DM and I’ll help walk you through the numbers.
